Sometimes when it gets cold it’s hard to head out to run outside during the weekend instead of heading to the warm gym… but it’s important for my legs to remember what real ground feels like.
With the extra running training, I kind of miss longer strength training.

Nothing much to add here – my morning walk to the gym and back have become a staple in my life.
I’ve always wondered if the peeps who come to the gym in the evenings ever pop down to the pizza place right afterwards.
I’ve upped my non-running workouts and it’s actually becoming a fun thing again!
